Nice work getting today's session in. Log what you actually did below — Ryan reviews every report personally and replies before your next workout with your next steps and progression guidance.
A bonus day, outside your rotation. Pick a lift and the ladder builds itself from your estimated max — warm-up rungs first, then your attempts. Two misses at a weight and you're done. The last lift you make is your result, and it goes in your record for Ryan. One rule: test the same lift at most once a month — a max day measures strength, it doesn't build it.
Filled from your log where we have it — or type the max you want to climb toward.
The weekly alternative to a max day: one challenge slot per week — this, or a 1RM, never both. Pick this week's challenge, run it, and log your score. The exertion cap is real: blow past it and the challenge is over. Form breaks down, you're done — that's the rule working, not a failure.
Your workout is saved to your training record. Ryan reviews every workout personally, and your report — with feedback and your next steps — will be in your email before your next session.
No need to chase us down. Keeping an eye out for your workouts and getting back to you is our job — every log that comes in gets checked, and if anything in yours needs a closer look, we'll reach out to you.
One note: this log is still syncing to your record in the background. Nothing for you to do — it keeps retrying on its own, and our system flags anything that doesn't land, so Ryan sees it either way.
Consistency beats intensity — a plan you can stick to beats a perfect plan you quit. See you at the next session.
Your progress file stays on record, so when you're ready you'll pick up right where you left off.
